I booked at 4 a.m. and everything was confirmed by morning, with clear instructions and excellent communication. The host even allowed early arrival at 12 p.m., which was very helpful. He was very responsive and helpful with local tips. The apartment was exactly what we needed; a quiet area, but still close to many places within walking distance.
